February: Turnbull's first multimillion dollar TfNSW design contract — a landmark moment. By Christmas the team had grown so fast the catchphrase was clear: "We're gonna need a bigger boat."

January: 50 people strong in under four years. February: AFR Fastest Growing Company recognition. May: TfNSW Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) accreditation. By Christmas, they'd outgrown the boat.

Turnbull reaches 100 people strong, continuing to grow from strength to strength with a team that sets the benchmark for performance and collaboration across Australia's most complex infrastructure.

Turnbull steps up as design lead on the Mulgoa Road Upgrade Alliance — one of NSW's most significant road infrastructure projects. Christmas 2022: "We're back on a boat."

Our renewable energy practice grows with major commissions on transmission, BESS, solar and wind farm projects across Australia — including NSW's first Renewable Energy Zone in Central West Orana.

New office at 400 George St Sydney, operations launched in Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. Turnbull Engineering goes truly national.

Our business expands beyond Australia with the opening of our first international office in Abu Dhabi. A decade of engineering edge — and the next chapter is just beginning.
